Does your rope look worn out?
Then it is time for you to ...
Well, not literally. Your hard work and dedication makes the beads worn-out. It is time to clean things up, and make your rope brand new again. The more you practise, the more you replace. So, show us your hard work by telling us how much you replace!
- Make your rope last longer by replacing only the broken and chipped beads
- Broken beads can cause uneven rope movement (wobbling and twisting during use) and decrease the rope speed
- Worn out beads can cause rope to tangle more easily, which might lead to injuries
- Well, this depends on
- the frequency of use,
- the intensity of your workouts, and
- the surface on which you jump.
- But generally speaking,
- Beads need to be replaced every month.
- Your light weighted beads may need to be replaced more often as the light-weightnedness makes them worn down easily with frequent jumping.
- Just as a reference, our light beaded rope has around 94 beads.
How to use
Remove the handle by untying the knot and taking out the washer. Add in the new beads. Thread the rope through the handle. Insert the washer before retying the knot. Make sure to leave a little space between the handles and the beads.
